We currently have a container complex for sale, which has been used for residential purposes since 10/2023. The complex comprises various types of containers, such as WC containers, shower containers, residential containers (single & double units), lounge and kitchen containers (double units), as well as storage and technical containers.

The complex is available for purchase as a whole, partially, or as individual units. Each container is equipped with different features, which can be included in the purchase if desired.

The containers are available for immediate viewing.

We can also deliver and/or assemble the containers by arrangement and for an additional charge. For larger projects, as an owner- and engineer-managed general contractor, we can assist with turnkey construction projects—including planning and building application support, through to execution and assembly.

Residential & Family Containers:

Communal & Functional Containers:

- 8 × Communal Containers (each unit comprises 2 containers, with fitted kitchen and no partition wall) – €6,000 per unit (net)
- 31 × Corridor Containers – Various lengths and configurations – €2,000 each (net)
- 5 × Laundry Containers (equipped with washing machines and dryers) – €3,000 each (net)

Sanitary Containers:

- 7 × Gents’ WC Containers (fitted with 4 toilets, 4 urinals & 2 washbasins) – €4,000 each (net)
