Chassis frame extra reinforced

Standard Equipment:
- Subframe INP 180 approx. 7000mm long
Reinforced at the front in the crane area with S355 steel
- Hook height 1570 mm
- Reinforced lifting lug 60mm
- C-locking
- UVV tested to DIN 30722-1 (15,000 kg)
- Ladder bolted at front end in RAL color 3002 Carmine Red

Special Equipment:
- Polyamide rollers front and rear, greaseable and replaceable
- Mounting plate at the front for a loading crane, milled and welded between the frame members
20mm thick, 2000mm long, made from S355 steel
- Clearance for loading crane 1000mm
resulting in usable loading area approx. 5850mm long
- Floor to wall at 90°
- Advertising sign on left and right, centered, 2000mm x 1000mm

Floor:
- 5mm HARDOX
- 8 lashing eyes, 4 per side; rotatable, welded into the floor

Sidewalls height 2400 mm:
- 3mm HARDOX
- Vertical side braces, height 2400mm, sloped forward, as with the JET model
- Front wall of loading area 1200mm high due to crane
- Single-wing rear door, heavy-duty design with lifting lug allowing container to be picked up from both sides
- Additional toggle bolts

Corrosion Protection:
- Container sandblasted
- All steel parts inside and out primed twice
Painting:
- Synthetic resin paint in RAL 9005 Jet Black
Tested according to DGUV 214-017
