Additional Information
Chassis, Low Loader Trailer
Steel welded construction, with slight prestressing in the center, turntable with robust ball bearing race, support wedges with holder, partial wheel arches in front of and behind each axle.
Lashing Points, Low Loader
Above front axle:
2 pairs of ring lashing points, each 5 tons, at the front on the outrigger.
Low bed:
4 pairs of lashing points on the side in the low bed, each 6 tons.
5 pairs of lashing points, each 5 tons, between the longitudinal beams.
Coupling Device, Trailer Turntable
Drawbar with tested 40 mm towing eye, mechanically adjustable in length by 6 x 100 mm and lockable.
(Drawbar length 1,700 - 2,300 mm)
Axles + Suspension
BPW drum brake axles, each 10 tons axle load, with kingpin. Axle endurance brake test at 105 km/h, rear axle can be manually removed by releasing the air lock and lowering the rear to the ground. Then disconnect the connecting hoses from the rear part, insert the transport rod into one of the rear sockets, and detach the rear by pressing down slightly at the rear and pulling it back at the same time (parking brake released). After loading or unloading, move the rear part forward and engage it up to the mark. Then raise the rear part to driving height and connect the connecting hoses. Confirm the pin lock. (Visually check that the pin locks) and check the rear function.
Air suspension with raising and lowering valve.
Wheels and Tires
235 / 75 R 17.5, from leading manufacturers, steel rims in twin arrangement, factory silver.
Braking System
2-line compressed air braking system, spring brake parking brake, 2 non-interchangeable coupling heads at the front, with connecting lines to the towing vehicle, EBS, electronic braking system with EBS plug at the front, with connecting cable.
Caution: The trailer may only be pulled by towing vehicles that guarantee the effectiveness of the ABS!
Electrical System

24 Volt, multi-chamber lights, yellow LED lighting on the side, 2 white position lights at the front, 2 white/red side marker lights at the rear, rotating beacon with holder, switched via parking lights (light can be removed), 2 pairs of warning signs double LED illuminated and extendable to 3,300 mm, removable with plug, 2 x 7-pole non-interchangeable plugs at the front, with connecting cable, 1 x 7-pole agricultural plug, voltage converter 12/24 Volt (only for electrical system, not for ABS/EBS).
Floor
Steel/diamond-plate floor on the outrigger, between longitudinal and transverse beams with perforated sheet covering. Axle cover is not drive-over, widening to 3000 or 3300 mm possible.
Operating Instructions
Note! A special permit is required for a 10,000 kg axle load. The permit must be applied for separately in each federal state; the legislator does not have to provide a guarantee for 20 tons GVW. Customer risk.
Special permit required if the overall train length exceeds 18,750 mm. Observe country-specific registration regulations.
The specified total weight is technically possible; depending on the load, the total weight may not be reached while complying with the permissible axle/support and saddle loads.
Observe the BO circle!!!

Country of registration: Germany, with Dekra acceptance and certificate (according to §13 EG - FGV), prepared for license plate holder, single row, warning sign according to ECE - 70, contour marking with reflective tape according to ECE R 048.
