The semi-trailer is based on a self-supporting chassis made of high-quality S700 steel. The frame runs from the support legs to the rear. Kingpin: 2 inches, mounted on an approx. 10 mm thick fifth-wheel plate St 52-3. Fifth wheel plates for max. fifth-wheel load: 15,000 kg.
Axles
3 x 9 t Knapen HD axles, fixed, with disc brakes approx. 430 mm, 10-bolt ET 120. Standard control console with manometers and controls for the air suspension, position: left, in front of the axles. 1st axle as a lift axle, fully automatic via EBS, incl. starting aid (3x brakes). Wireless remote control.

Components
Steel support legs with tiltable base, maximum support load: 50 t, maximum lifting load: 24 t. 6 x semi-round fenders. Anti-spray mats mounted behind the 3rd axle. Standard lighting panel + cover flap. Rear end cross member. A fixed mud flap is attached under the bumper. Bumper according to R58-03. Height approx. 375 mm, ground clearance approx. 450 mm. Floor
CARGOFLOOR CF 500 SL-C system. The CARGOFLOOR system is equipped with an E-Control. Smooth aluminum floor planks, approx. 10 mm, 21 planks. The floor planks are equipped with aluminum end caps. A stainless steel plate on the rear below the floor for additional wear protection.
Front Wall
The largest platform on the market is mounted on the front wall. 2 ladders on the front wall, position: left and right. A door is installed in the front wall to allow easy access at the front of the semi-trailer, position: left - opening outwards.
Sliding Bulkhead
To ensure complete unloading, the semi-trailer is equipped with a sliding bulkhead made of aluminum, a brush to prevent contamination of the guide rails. Ground clearance approx. 100 mm.
Side Walls
Extra strong top edge profile with rails for the sliding bulkhead. Top edge profile with groove for the bead-edge fastening of the tarpaulin. The side walls consist of an approx. 3 mm inner side and an approx. 2 mm outer side. The side walls are continuously welded over the entire height (inner side) for maximum strength and minimal contamination. Welding is carried out by a high-quality and fully automatic welding process. Incl. side protection tarpaulin, left side.
Rear
The rear doors are fully welded from wall and frame profiles for additional strength. The doors are equipped with a pneumatic safety latch for safety during unloading. Through-loading height with closed top rail at the rear approx. 2,665 mm. Individual stainless steel locking rod per rear door, heavy-duty design.
Top Rail
Top rail made of steel, with wedge.
Roof Bows
4 pieces of round roof bows, with a diameter of approx. 60.3 mm, position: 1 & 3 & 5 & 7. The roof bow space is divided into 3 compartments of each approx. 4,100 mm.
Roof Covering
Extra strong roll-up tarp.
