Box-body folding wall superstructure for mounting on a truck chassis
Mevissen box-body superstructure with folding side doors (left side only), dry freight, equipped with a tail lift instead of rear doors

* TÜV (Technical Inspection Agency) certificate per §13 EG-FGV with attachments
* Load securing properties according to ISO 12642, without certificate
* Truck chassis: to be provided by you

* Superstructure assembly is carried out by Mevissen Nutzfahrzeug GmbH in 52382 Niederzier, Germany. You will deliver the truck chassis free domicile to Niederzier for the necessary assembly work and collect it after successful installation of the box body.
Box body and truck chassis equipment:
Folding-wall box body "Dry Freight - Standard" consisting of:
- Insulated front, roof, side wall, and door panels, exterior with GRP laminate
- Interior with galvanized steel sheet in white coating
- Wall and door panels in the load area reinforced on the inside with concealed plywood inserts
- Angle profiles for optimal panel connection at exterior corners
Phenolic resin-coated anti-slip wear floor, water-repellent, fully sealed, floor load capacity up to 5,000 kg forklift axle load
Steel rear door frame, reinforced for rear locking by the tail lift platform, with continuous sealing profile
Folding side doors on the left side of the body, double-wing with 3 folding segments each, doors guided on top with rollers, Poliall continuous hinges, stainless-steel lockable espagnolette locks, patented door holders, rubber seals top and bottom in the door frame
Pull-out access ladder underneath the side doors
Aluminum kick strips on the inner surfaces of the panels (front wall, side walls, and side doors bonded and riveted from floor level up to 300 mm height)
Aluminum wall protection plate on the inside of the front wall
Cargo area LED interior lighting integrated into the ceiling
2x white LED position lights at the top front on the front wall
2x LED multifunction lights at the top rear in the door frame (tail light, brake light, indicator), side marker lights with indicator function
Subframe and superstructure mounting on customer-supplied truck chassis
2x impact buffers left and right at the rear
Side underrun protection with anodized aluminum profiles
Plastic mudguards with mudflaps
Mounting of supplied brackets, tail lights, side marker lights, and license plate lights delivered with the chassis
2 pairs of LED work headlights mounted on the chassis/truck with on/off switch in the truck cab
Load securing equipment:
* Without load securing/lashing system, includes 1 pair of floor-integrated lashing rails (type: Airline) made of aluminum, recessed on both sides into the floor along the entire length of the body, including 6 tie-down straps with suitable hardware, 2-piece, length 8m, plus 6 universal lashing fittings, lashing points tested & approved up to 2000 daN
* Without EasyStrap-Cargo “lashing strap option”, inside at the corners between roof and sidewalls/doors, enabling the clamping or hanging up of load-securing tie-down straps on both inner sides of the body
* 4 pairs of lashing rings (tensile force 1.5 t) mounted on the right side of the floor
