Invitation to submit offers for the purchase of a lot consisting of 88 new vehicles, including 40 Microlino electric vehicles and 48 Wuzheng 3MX electric vehicles (of which 41 have not yet cleared customs—import duties to be borne by the buyer), currently located at the Faldo yards in Livorno. Transportation costs are to be borne by the buyer. The vehicles are sold as-is.

The lot is offered for sale at a total price (excluding VAT) of €336,000.

Further details are available in the data room—access must be requested from the Auxiliary by submitting a certified company extract (historical company registration including the latest filed financial statement), after which instructions will follow.

Improved bids, subject to potential competitive sale, should be submitted to the Auxiliary by February 16, 2026. Bids must be secured by a non-transferable cashier's check payable to Koelliker Pro Mobility Srl for 10% of the offered price, sent to the Auxiliary's address.
